I want to share a great recipe with you today- Buffalo Chicken Pizza! Awesome flavor and oh so simple to make. I a providing directions for just 1 pizza however you can double or triple to make additional piza's very easily.

Ingredients:
  1. 1 cup cooked chicken chopped into small pieces or shredded up a bit
  2. 1/4 Crystals Hot Wing Sauce (you can use your favorite brand as well)
  3. 1 teaspoon butter
  4. Bacon 4 stripes
  5. 1 Pilsbury Thin Crust Pizza (in the same section as canned biscuits)
  6. 1 Cup mozzerella Cheese
  7. 1/8-1/4 Cup Blue Cheese or Ranch Dressing (your preference)
Heat 1,2,3 together over med. heat until all of the sauce is soaked up by the chicken - set aside.

Cook Bacon until crispy and crumble - set aside

Pizza Dough
Roll crust onto a pizza stone or a 15x9 cookie sheet stretching a bit to fit. Bake at 400* for 5 minutes and remove from oven.

Topping
Top pre cooked (after the 5 min.) pizza dough with 1/8-1/4 cup blue chees dressing or Ranch dressing if you do not like Blue Cheese (amount will depend on the amount of "sauce" you like on your pizza.)
Add cooked chicken mixture from above
Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzerella cheese over the sauce and chicken
Sprinkle with crumbled bacon

Bake in 400* oven for an additional 9-12 min. Check at 9 and bake until golden and crispy

Cut into squares or wedges and enjoy

This pizza is so yummy you will be making it all the time and is a great use for left over chicken.

That is all for now :)  See you soon

Hugs,
Suzann
